How often should you have a facial?

Skin health

The right rhythm depends on your skin, your goals and what you can realistically maintain at home.

There is no perfect schedule for everyone

A useful facial schedule should support your skin rather than overwhelm it. Your barrier, current concerns, home routine and the type of treatment matter more than following a fixed calendar.

For ongoing maintenance

Many clients find that a facial every four to six weeks gives their skin consistent support. Others prefer a less frequent rhythm supported by a simple home routine.

For a specific concern

Congestion, pigmentation, texture and barrier disruption may benefit from a more considered treatment plan. Sometimes that means a short course; sometimes the right decision is to slow down and strengthen the skin first.

Before an event

Begin early enough to understand how your skin responds. Your final treatment can then focus on hydration, refinement and a fresh finish rather than experimentation.
